This much I know
1. I would be willing to pay more for my Washington drivers license in exchange for it not taking two hours of my life. (seriously two hours!)

Ah yes, the ski area parking lot! I think it goes into the same catagory of seeing wild squirrels at the zoo, or the excitment of happening across an empty shipping box.
