The moon, Mars and Venus

It snowed, in town, a whole bunch!

 The snow was a big novelty. We lost power and were able to try out our new generator. It can run on gasoline or propane. When you run it a few hours on propane, the tank ices up.

Janurary

The animals came out to watch

 Adventures with rocketry! We had a great launch (with the big engine) however our chute discovered winds aloft and we were unable to recover the rocket from a neighbors tree.

There was some skiing.

 And some fun on the farm.

The goats went on a grand adventure via this hole in the fence.

The Jeep nearly got stuck in our own field.

 Odin started working with Eli the Alpaca. We meet monthly at the farm with the 4H group.

A very Magical eleven

The trip to California included a trip down the coast to spend Odin's eleventh birthday with everyone's favorite wizard.

We were joined by Louise and my cousin and her family

It was a great day.

December

 Christmas in California again this year. We had a blast with family.

We saw some famous fish in Monterey

a beautiful drive down the coast

 John's birthday was a beautiful day on the Mountain (in Washington).
