Early Summer

This year it never really felt like we had winter. I know many other parts of the country had too much winter, but for us it never really came. Spring was early too, and now, it just feels like summer. 
We have even been to the drive in movie theater.

Last weekend we went on a great hike with friends.

 

 The kids really enjoyed throwing rocks into the river. Okay, everyone enjoyed throwing rocks into the river, not just the kids.  One rock looked back at us.

Another day on a walk along the sound I saw a sand dollar.
